Personality
Madam Yuna is cool, but friendly towards people she meets. As she gets to know them, she warms up. Those who know her well see a softer side.
She has a confidence about herself and rarely feels the need to prove herself. Madam Yuna is comfortable being alone. She doesn't particularly enjoy being fussed over or treated as though she needs help. Yuna isn't opposed to companionship. She simply prefers relationships that develop naturally.
She enjoys the theatrical side of being a potion master, especially when it gives her an excuse to lean into Noir Vale's eerie reputation. To new clients, she usually gives them a scare by pretending to be a creepy witch for fun.
She expects that people will call her “Madam Yuna.” She won't make a scene if someone forgets, but she will notice.
History
Madam Yuna was raised in a family of potion masters. Growing up surrounded by masters gave her a strong sense of independence.
After separating from her ex-husband, she decided marriage was more trouble than it was worth.
She has two sons, both have become independent adults. Yuna loves them, though she isn't sentimental about expressing it. Raising two boys means Yuna might roll her eyes at dumb decisions, but nothing really shocks her.
