You can submit anytime; Submitting early means your application is reviewed sooner. Acceptance is not first come, first served. An earlier submission does not guarantee a place in the group.
After Village & kit, pick how your sheet is handled in Visual application sheet — System-managed (Pokimono updates the graphic) or Self-managed (you update the full layout). Both are fine.
Basics
Identity
Asian origin or inspiration; fit where they are from (Sun Empire or their history's realm). Meaning is optional — the naming style matters.
Optional. Katakana, kanji, romaji, a nickname, or an alias — appears in your copied profile when you add one.
Type a few letters — suggestions use the national dex (English names). Legendary, mythical, and Paradox species are omitted unless a special avenue applies to your account.
Whole number, digits only — at least 15. No maximum.
Month and day on the calendar (no year). English month name or numbers with the month first, for example 6/10.
Required before submit — choose one of the listed options for how this character identifies.
Use either side — values stay linked. Stored in centimeters; feet and inches round to the nearest whole inch for display.
Home
Village & kit
Jobs match your village (general roles plus that region’s unique jobs). Legendary, mythical, and Paradox species only appear when a special avenue applies — use Application rules and what the builder offers.
When your species matches the dex list above, abilities load from the same species data as the main-series games. Otherwise use the official English ability name.
Main-series Pokémon nature (raises one stat by 10% and lowers another by 10%, except neutral natures). Shown on your public roster and used for the stats-at-level table when your species maps to the dex.
Optional field — you can leave it blank on this application.
Sign in with Discord if you want to attach an optional held item from your bag (the first held pick on a new OC needs a Held Item Slot from Profile → Mon Shop).
When your species matches the dex list above, moves load from the same learnset as the main-series games. Otherwise use official English move names. For Discord /battle wild, Move 1–Move 4 each need a real Pokémon move match for a button when that slot is filled. Attacks use listed power; other moves can still change the fight using supported effects from the same move data. OC XP goes up from using /job work and from winning /battle wild by KO.

Full body & icon
Paste direct HTTPS links to your character art. This form saves links only, not image files.
Outfits should read as Edo-period (or earlier) Japanese dress—not modern or post-Edo fashion (Meiji, Taisho, or later). Fashion & dress guide
Images should be hosted somewhere you trust, such as Toyhouse, Tumblr, Postimages, or another image host. Discord links can't be used for your full body, icon, or sheet.
System-managed sheets: Full body should be a transparent PNG of the whole figure. Icon should be a square headshot or bust.
Only https:// links are accepted so the images can load safely.
Each field needs a direct link to the image file (the same address that shows only the picture when you open it in a new tab). When the link works, the preview below fills in. If the preview stays empty or broken, open the artwork in your browser, right-click the image, and choose Copy image address or Copy image link, then paste that https:// URL here.
